We understand that skincare is a personal purchase, for this reason, we have a 14 days Easy Return and Money Back on Olega Painless Hair Remover based on the following conditions.

We have tested the product and are confident that it will give you great results as promised. In case you are not getting results i.e. unable to remove hair with the product, simply contact us and share a video of using the product and results you got after on our Customer Support WhatsApp number +91-9844807704 or on email hello@olega.co.

Refunds/returns will be considered ONLY in the case if the product is unable to remove hair.

Note: Any outcome rising due to not using the product as per instructions or any misuse of the product will not be considered as eligible for the return/refund policy. Please read usage instructions or contact us to get a usage help video.

We will provide instructions to send back the product and approve the refund. Sharing the video as stated will be mandatory to be eligible for any refund. 

Note: Refund under 14-day easy return and money back is strictly on approval upon such request. Our response with approval/rejection of claim after such a request will be final.

Customers are responsible for return shipping and may ship back the item using the courier of choice. We will provide you with our return address.

Olega is not responsible for damage after delivery. If you believe that the item was damaged or missing in shipping, we require you to contact us within 2 days of delivery and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue. 

Please allow one to three weeks from the day you return your package for your request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is complete.
